Observations, discussions with teachers, and analysis of school records were used for data collection. The profile highlights the strengths of the school, identifies areas for improvement, and reflects the practical learning experience of the studentteacher. The findings reveal that HIHSS Edavanakkad provides a supportive learning environment and is committed to holistic development.

INTRODUCTION

School profile helps student-teachers gain firsthand experience of how schools operate on a daily basis. HIHSS Edavanakkad is one of the well-established institutions in the coastal region of Ernakulam district. The school plays a significant role in providing quality education to students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

During the school visit, various aspects such as administration, classroom practices, facilities, discipline, extracurricular activities, and community participation were observed. The profile aims to present a clear picture of the school’s functioning and contribute to the student-teacher’s professional growth.
